I was feeling like writing something in 7/8, so when I wrote this tune, I consciously wrote the third part in that time signature... It doesn't seem to be too unnatural, and it transitions moderately well from the "reel feel" of the first two parts. In regards to that, it should be played at a typical reel's pace. The 7/8 is notated as a group of 4 and a group of 3... and is most intuitive to be played that way.
