Spalpeen's Lament aka The Lament of the Spalpeen
I found this on Mick Woodruff's web site http://micksvirtualwhistle.net/. I wasn't able to find it on theSessiondotOrg so I've submitted it.
A really lovely haunting air, played slow, 'bout 60 bpm. Mick plays it on a Low D whistle, I play it on flute, and I guess it would be fabulous on the pipes.

Spalpeen's Lament
This same tune is played as a slow air on an LP called 'Willy Clancy - The Minstrel from Clare' where it has a second part - my favourite slow air.
