I haven't come across that one either, but from the context I would guess it is the first inversion of the Bmin chord, with D being the bottom note.

I'm still confused...how is Do Cmaj in the key of Bmin/Dmaj? Pretty sure the tune is nowhere near B locrian...i don't get it...i guess i'v always been a late bloomer
