a nice English tune, i believe. i think this is actually the A and C parts, but i don't know the missing B part, and don't play it either.

The Nut Tree
Very sensible not to play a missing part you don't know! That should be standard practice, but sadly it's not observed as well as it should be.

The Nut Tree
A nice, very English, tune. Composed by Oxfordshire based English concertina and bass player Mark Fry of "Three Pressed men" and "Traction."
He has a knack of composing tunes that don't sound newly composed, and has a couple of books of his tunes for sale.
If I'm thinking of the right tune, it had three parts by special request from someone who needed a three-parter, but now it's nearly always played (by Mark as well) as a two-parter.

Nut Tree
4:4 it may be, a reel it's not.
