This is obviously a march, not a reel.
I transcribed this having heard it on the album The Big Spree, by Breabach. They play it in Bb, but I transposed to A to submit here.
There's a nice video of some guy playing it on pipes on YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rOEhW9iKF08

Great pipe tune ...
Composed by Pipe Major William Lawrie. I know this tune is in the book "More Music for Highland Bagpipe" by John A. MacLellan. Might be in others.
The key should be corrected to Amix as the G's are natural.
Made a few corrections from Lawrie's original:
X: 1
T: John MacColl's March To Kilbowie Cottage
C: Pipe Major William Lawrie
M: 4/4
L: 1/8
R: reel
K: Amix

Nice addition to the collection! Such a great tune, and I am not one for marches!
Cheers!

"John MacColl's March To Kilbowie Cottage"
Discussion: What's this?
From an unlabelled live demo recording of Fred Morrison & band. He repeats the first before going on to the second, but they sound so alike.
