The Blue Garters
I learned this tune recently. I'm not sure of its origin, but I believe it was in O'Neill's (no. 1514). I like it; it has a nice bouncy melody and sounds good on mandolin.

Unmistakeably Scottish in origin - as are many reels in the Irish repertoire.
