Which Goat Island? Maine? New York?

Neither, it's Scottish not American. There are numerous Goat Islands round Scotland, usually not on the map as they are often just rocky islets that hardy goats were kept on. This one is likely to be around Moidart as that is where the Goat Island Ceilidh Band were based.
