Knock ~ Knock ~ KNOCK ~ !!!

Anybody home? Does this tune mean anything to anyone? And, why isn't it finished? :-/

K: E Dorian ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ | E8 |]

It's not D Major, it's E Dorian and I just had to give it closure instead of leaving the poor thing just hanging there....

K

Sorry about that. I'm still getting used to the ABC format having never used it before. And I missed out a part when I was typing it.
Thanks for telling me this though, I've fixed it so it should hopefully turn out how it's supposed to be.

Sadly Savrone, once the dots are done that's it, but at least you will have given some resolution to the ABCs. But, what's with this number? Where did you get it from? Is it something played in your local session or just something you took a fancy to personally? What's the story?

# Posted on January 29th 2008 by ceolachan

As is I don't see a 'reel' in it... :-/

I found it in a book with trad tunes in it.
I dont know what the story is though.
Since it seems to be flawed would it be possible for me to delete it somehow?

Savrone, what book? Was there anything at all in the way of explanation, such as by so-and-so, from such-and-such? If I can help just ask. Yes, it is possible to get a tune axed, just by asking Jeremy our webmaster. I suspect this may be your first contribution? Maybe if it is axed I can help you to make sense of your next contribution, or cleaning this one up after finding out more about it? :-/

Flaws

I like tunes that are "flawed" because that gives me a chance to mess around with it and see what happens.
I like the missing measure at the end of the B part. Total silence where the half rest is, or maybe a thump from the percussion, then back into it.

And flaws

Just looked at the ABC's. But I still like the flawed sheetmusic.
