I just guessed at the key of this one. It's transposed off of a Scottish piper and key signature is largely ignored in that idiom.

This tune is actually in Am. It's a Scottish pipe tune - Scottish pipes use A mix scale (Bb mix on GHB) but often tunes miss out the third to give the feeling of minor.
Donald Willie and his Dog is a great tune but the transcription here is very inaccurate. Kenny has the standard setting in the comments section of the tune.

Shouldn't the first note of the first three bars of the second part be an A? I've never heard it played with a B.
