I heard it played at a session in Saguenay (Chicoutimi). No wonder it is popular around here ;)
I transcribed it from Alfred Montmarquette's playing on the Virtual Gramophone. I think it's a nice reel for begginers.

I noticed that the beat looks offset if you start the tune with a d before the first bar; a d2 or dz would correct this.
Actually, Montmarquette plays a dz; I didn't care about it when transcribing but I understand now why he's done that.

Reel de Berthier consists of something, then he second part of this reel. It's like Reel de Normandin vs Reel des Sucres... I don't know if they should be considerated as separate reels...
