This is the second of a set of two slides under the same name on Denis Murphy & Julia Clifford's "Star Above the Garter" recording. The transcription is from the playing of Johnny O'Leary.
The first slide in the set was called Padraic O'Keefe's by Johnny O'Leary, and I think Tommy Peoples plays it as a jig called "The Bank of Turf" on his Iron Man album. I don't think it is posted yet, and if not, I will put it up also.

Scartaglen
On my copy of the Iron Man there is no jig called the Bank of Turf, but the final tune on the recording is a lovely reel also called Scarta Glen. It starts something like DFEF D2dB | cA(B)AG EFGE .

Bank of Turf
The Bank of Turf as a jig is posted here on the session as tune 1819. The slide form of the tune, as played in Slieve Luachra before the Scartaglen slide, can be found in Terry Moylan's book on Johnny O'Leary as tune 38 under the name of Padraig O'Keefe's slide (1).
Hi Matt- yes, the Scartaglen reel is another Slieve Luachra classic, and is always played after a tune which is called Banks of the Ilen in O'Neill's.
