This is probably a variant of Scots tune "Miss Girdle": http://thesession.org/tunes/display.php/2417

Another key
This sounds very like a tune called Lady Montgomerie, attributed to Lord Eglintoun (Hugh Montgomoerie) who lived in the late 18th - early 19th Centuries. The version in James Hunter's Fiddle Music of Scotland is in the key of Fmaj. I also think that Capercaillie may have recorded it on one of their early albums.

The tune shows up in Ryan's Mammoth Collection (in the key of D) under the title 'Lady Montgomery' — a title that it shares with the more widely known reel 'Lady Anne Montgomery'

Also shows up in Kennedy, Traditional Dance Music of Britain and Ireland: Reels and Rants, as Lady Montgomery's, with an alternate title of Cuddy's Fancy. Much further informationabout the tune can be found in the FC:

And it's there again in Ryan's under the title Rising Sun — Reel. No relation to any of the other tunes that use this title, though...
