"Me Mothers Jig" or "Whinham's Jig" ~ alexboydell
The High Level Ranters recorded it in the LP" Four in a Bar " A great tune I have enjoyed playing it for several years.

The playing in Four in Bar is almost the same as the ABC in your comment (my simplified take above) but for:
They run the B and C parts together i.e. no repeat sign at the end of Bar 16,
& the following bars:
7 ~ | BdB c2 e |
13 ~ | gbg faf |
15 ~ | cde d2 B |
16 ~ | G2 g G2 B/c/ |
19 ~ | d^cd B2 G |
23 ~ | ded dba |
They play "Whinham's Jig: with "Billy's Jig "written by Willy Atkinson in honour of Billy Pigg.
