This is the second tune in the Finbar Dwyer's set on Angelina Carberry and Martin Quinn's album. The sleeve notes say that this is a composition by Mr Dwyer himself, and a mighty tune it is too.

I am pretty sure that this tune named on Matt Molloy's CD Shadows on Stone is actually the tune Richard Dwyer's, just to note. On the CD however, it says Finbar Dwyer's.

This is a great tune -- it's the first tune in Angelina and Martin's set

On the record I have it's actually the first tune in the set named "Finbar Dwyer's". And, based on what I heard on a TG4 programme honouring Finbar and his brothers, this is in fact a composition by John Dwyer called "Caha Mountains". John played it on the TV show, said that it was one of his, and gave the name.
