The Second Joe Bane's Polka
This is the second of two polkas I heard from Jackie Daly and later from Chulrua. Patrick Ourceau of Chulrua says they come from Joe Bane and/or Bill Malley. I was going to call them Joe Bane's #1 and #2, but Jeremy has requested no numbers in the titles, so they're both Joe Bane's. The other is

Another Name
I recently found the set of polkas that I thought Patrick Ourceau told me were from Joe Bane recorded by Andrew MacNamara and listed as Bill O'Malley's. I suppose that as close as they were, their repertoires were essentially the same, but in the interest of completeness, I've attached O'Malley's name to the tunes.

I've been sitting on two lovely tunes that I'd heard Clare concertina player Mary MacNamara play. I wrote them down quickly and then sent out queries to a few folks in hopes of finding names for them, and any other information. I also made a couple of tries to contact lovely Mary too, but her website has disappeared and the old email I had for her doesn't work. I had also tried a few searches and keys but obviously not enough permutations of the bar. I didn't want to add these as gan ainms but with names, but now, thanks to Gary there's a name and I can move a different take on it here to the comments.
She plays them as one would marches, an easy relaxed tempo, approximately 110 beats per minute (105 - 112)...and with a lovely bounce to them...

"Bill Malley's-O'Malley's" (#1) / "Joe Bane's" (#2)
It works well both ways, or back and forth, but Mary played this classic set, G Major to the relative key A Dorian, with the second tune in the set being ~
"Bill Malley's-O'Malley's" (#2) / "Joe Bane's" (#1)
