Missing sharp

I'm not much of a music theorist, but it seems like it's put in a wrong key - C sharp is missing. Or am I wrong?

I'm listening to it now and it's not in Dmix at all, it's in B minor with C#s.

First heard from one of Dervishe's albums. Love at first sigh!
Thumbs up for Brian McDonagh!
