Nice tune GM. Learnt this one from a Pat O'Connor (a nice slow paced clare fiddler) album called the Green Mountain.

Lovely tune. I first heard it played by John Sheehan with Barney McKenna. Has a lovely ring to it. I'm in the process of learning it now actually. I'll have it in a few minutes!!

great tune for practising your C and F naturals on the whistle/flute. I learned it this way from Siobhan ni Chonarain, adapted from no. 43 in the Armagh Pipers Club book (where the first bar is scored beginning dcde)

I have seen this on youtube played by Michael king on flute - great when it's played slow and ornamented nicely. great tune for practising variations too.
