The Wedding (jig)
We were taught this jig at yesterday's tune workshop in a slightly different version that our teacher learnt from Paul O'Shaughnessy. I'll post it when I've transcribed it.

I love this tune, it's fantastic. There are so many opportunities for drones and double stops you can get a really meaty sound going.
I've heard two different versions, one is the Altan version which sounds slightly more 'polished'. The second version I've heard several Donegal style fiddlers play (Dermot MacLaughlin for example).
