It's not a waltz of course. It's a march, though a modern one written by Steve Cooney, and recorded on Sean Smyth's 'Blue Fiddle'.
The feel of it is like a Scottish 6/8 pipe march. But with an Irish feel to the melody. Bit of a hybrid, but a great stirring tune.

I did of course leave out the final '5th part' as recorded by Sean Smyth, since it's just a drone on low D, and more of a coda than a melodic part.
