Apparently - in spite of the name - it's actually a Welsh tune.

Yep, it's Welsh right enough. Again, one that I remember from my earliest fiddling days, when my age could be counted on my fingers. And, again, just a tad different from how I remember it. Not much different this time, though.

@EB - Well, the guy who played it said afterwards that it was his own personal "take" on the tune, so that might explain the difference.
Q. Does the tune have a Welsh name?
