Sorry, but this is a duplication.
I'll be very surprised if this transcription didn't come from this recording :
http://www.thesession.org/recordings/display/3552
and it's "Paddy Taylor's" jig in "F", because the player on the recording [ doesn't say anywhere who plays on it ] plays the jig on a low F whistle.

RE: Duplication
I only ever knew this tune by the name "Brandy for the Bishop" and haven't been able to find it on The Session. It is by the Irish Showtime Band and was on a CD of mixed Irish Tunes. I am grateful to know the name of this tune that is actually searchable, thank you Kenny.

You're welcome........

I first heard the jig on Paddy Taylor's solo recording - see link above. That recording was made either in 1966 or 1967, so the tune's been known by his name for over 40 years. It also appears under his name in the "Comhaltas" whistle tutor. If you've any knowledge about "The Irish Showtime Band", [ such as who they are !!! ] - please add to the comments I made in the "Recordings" section. Best wishes.
