If there is no option for C#minor then I would recommend using Emajor rather than E mix.
E major and C#m have 4 sharps. E mix only has 3.

This tune was written by Martin Green for his son. (If I'm not mistaken?)

No - you need to wait until it is converted by Jeremy. Be patient little one and you will get what you want.
On the other hand, unless Skramble fixes his transcription then it may never be converted.

I should say that I don't have a recording of this tune although I have heard it quite a bit. The first thing you MUST do (as I said above) is to change the key signature from Emix to Emajor.
Secondly, in the 2nd time bars on the 2nd part you have the tune dropping into bass clef half way through the penultimate bar. You need to adjust the octave the notes are in (up 2 octaves please).
Other than that, and working from memory only, the transcription seems ok.

Actually ignore the nonsense I spouted about the octaces. If you change it to Emajor and then make it 4 bars to a line and clean up the line ends a little you get:

transcribed on an alto flute into F# minor then into C# from there so octaves wise it was going to be hit and miss for you other instruments!

Thanks for the transcription as well. It is a nice tune. After all I said above I do have the album this is on. Not sure what I was thinking yesterday.
