hi ceolachan, isn't this a version of cwrw melyn, or hufen y cwrw melyn? at least that's what nansi richards called it, who got it from the playing of tom ffliwt. admittedly hers has a more e minor-ey feel about the first part, but it's closer than the other tune you mention, the three-parter, posted by abram wood as cwrw da, being the john parry composition?
