OK, I was reluctant to post it but it's a hit with my friends, they have been asking for it & it's easy to direct people to this website. As far as the story: as well as having Irish heritage I also have Lithuanian blood. I was listening to Lithuanian folk tunes & while learning one of those tunes I came up with this Mazurka. A little Irish, a little Lithuanian but mostly just American. I named the tune after Amber, the semiprecious stone, because it washes up naturally on the shores of Lithuania from the Baltic sea.
