I recently learned this tune off a friend... but they couldn't provide any details about it.

First, bar lines aren't needed at the beginning of lines. Second, spaces to show the division of beats and give a little breathing room around bar lines. Third, eliminate the space between GE in the second measure so they beam correctly. Fourth, it seems to be in G dorian, so one flat in the key signature and no = needed for the lone E.

Triplets
Muspc, /g/g/g in bars 10 and 13 is not valid abc. Dividers (/) go after, not before notes. So it's either g/g/g (two 1/16 + one 1/8) or (3ggg (triplet, as in the original).
The second part should start with a left repeat |:. The only place where this is obsolete is the very beginning of a tune.

I was just adjusting DJF's ABCs. Should have noticed the extra / and the missing reapeat. Thanks for pointing those things out, Jurgen! (Although, repeats at the beginning of parts are often left out and the extra slash doesn't affect conversion in a program like concertina.net)
