I transcribed this tune from a live Prarie Home Companion radio broadcast around St. Patrick's Day in the early 90's. Peter Ostroushko was the musical director and playing in the "house"
ceili band at the time. I'm assuming Peter is the composer.
I tracked down a version of it on his Blue Mesa CD, but he plays the first and second endings of the B part differently:
