This is called a Slow and Steady Band session though its more like a workshop. It happens the first Saturday of the month from 2pm to 5pm and is aimed at relative novices who want to learn new tunes from a variety of places and start playing in company. I've been going 2 years and its great for helping build confidence in a less intimidating setting than a standard pub session. Theres also a concertina only workshop/session the 2nd Saturday of each month.
