Starts tonight, so there's not much to say. Open session led by local musician Jim Perkins.
Say hello to me, your local neighborhood bartender and box enthusiast (bosca ceol, that is, stay out of the gutter fellas). Find someone else to get you a beer, though, I'm here to play, not work.
The owners love trad, and treat musicians extremely well. The pub itself is gorgeous and an excellent place for playing tunes.
Along with having the session, the pub tries to hire the very best in Irish trad bands, from Michigan and elsewhere. They usually have entertainment on weekends.
It has moved to Plymouth Michigan.
New place is very quiet and is attracting more musicians.
New place is:
Plymouth Crossing - On main st. north of the railroad track in the historic Daisy Air rifle factory Plymouth Mi. 734 455 3700 - 6:30 - till 10 ish
We'll see how it goes

Baile Corcaigh
Lovely and friendly place. Usually a small but intense group of musicians.
Great addition to the old corktown area.
