The Irish Times is located at the top of Bastion Square right on Government Street. They usually have live bands every night, and sessions on Sunday nights hosted by Daniel Lapp and an accompanist. The format is usually a 45 minute set of music by Daniel starting at 7:30, followed by a session geared towards advanced players until around 10:30.
Free beer and snacks for players!
The food is quite decent and lots of local and imported beers on tap. It's a large but comfortable pub and it's all non-smoking. Come check it out!
