7pm. Definitely an open session, but musicians coming from other traditions (bluegrass, old-time, etc.) should be aware that it's IRISH and should not be offended when a tune is played three or four times and switched to another tune/key/etc.

It's apparently been settled: it's not every other Tuesday; it is the 2nd & 4th Tuesday of each month.
