I was in Albuquerque and had the opportunity to attend this very nice little session. The level is better than intermediate, but I felt welcome even though I was a total unknown. The members are knowledgable, friendly and a lot of fun to play with. One member even let me use an instrument which I was grateful for.
The Cafe Riveria is not in the phone book, but it is near the university at the corner of Carlisle and Constitution, sort of. Parking is behind the little shopping area. Show up on time as you only have two hours to play.
We start at 7 pm. The cafe closes around 9 pm but we can sometimes play a bit longer while they are closing up.
Mostly intermediate level but all are welcome.

R.I.P.
Last week the owner told the group that they were closing at 2 pm and thus this session is no more. We will be looking for a new location.
