Regular musicians include Seamus McKibbin [flute], Tom Polland [banjo, mandolin and fiddle], Mark Keown [banjo], Jimmy McCooey [guitar and vocals], John Savage [fiddle], Michael Keown [bouzouki], and other visiting musicians.
The bar is situated at the end of the South Promenade in Newcastle overlooking the Harbour [as you might expect]. Follow road directions for Kilkeel going out of the town from the main street.
Sessions kick off around 9.00 p.m.
Couple of good sessions recently - a few drop ins from as far away as County Kerry and England. Well worth the visit. Sympathic landlord and nice views of Dundrum Bay of a summer's evening!
