This session is held on the second Thursday of every month at Cherry St. Artisan. It starts at 7.30, and usually continues until sometime after 10.30 (there is no fixed end time). The Columbia area session group consists of 10 - 20 musicians who have been playing together for up to 25 years, but all musicians are welcome. We play almost exclusively Irish music - although many of the musicians in this group also play bluegrass and old-time, they prefer to play only Irish tunes on Thursday nights.
The Central Missouri Celtic Arts Association is responsible for organizing the session here once a month; there are house sessions on the other Thursdays of each month. For more information on events in Columbia and environs, visit www.moceltic.org - there are concerts, classes, and events ongoing.

CHANGE: NOW AT THE CHEZ COFFEEHOUSE
