This session takes place the first Thursday of the month, and is led by piper Leo Schott. Leo is a superb and knowledgable musician who also plays flute and whistle. Scranton's relative proximity to New York and Philadelphia also produces the occasional special guest, including the likes of New York fiddling legend Tony DeMarco. It's a nice spot, and a hospitable gang of players who are sure to welcome instumentalists of all levels.
This session is still active. It is on the first Thursday of every month. We usually start at around 9:00 pm and end around 11:00 pm. Great bar, appreciative audience.
