This is the newest Vancouver session, replacing the Trap and Gill session.
This session is every Tues from 8:30 PM onwards. It will be hosted by local pro fiddler Mary Brunner and singer/guitarist Michael Viens (of too many groups to name).
Beginners are welcome to sit and listen, and to play/sing the tunes/songs they know.
I just wanted to clarify my earlier comments (thanks Nathan). I don't want to put anyone off: ALL are welcome. Come and enjoy the chunes!
Standard, tried-and-true, worldwide Irish session etiquette does apply: play what you know, listen to what you don't, enjoy the craic (and/or a pint, or three, or five), and, please, one backing drum or guitar at a time is plenty.
