This is a fairly new session at a fairly new pub. It's the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month, from 8pm until about 11pm. It's led by Mitch Fanning (fiddle) and Zan McLeod (guitar). It's a welcoming group, though tunes tend to run intermediate-to-advanced in terms of skill. High times, mighty tunes, and good spirits all around!
I visited last Wednesday, Philippe Varlet was leading in Match and Zan's absence, it was a great session, I was blown away by the standard, they welcomed a song or two and encouraged newcomers' involvement
