this session started about 27 years ago in the Beech Inn, it has been to other venues such as the Marble beer house, The Lloyds Hotel, The Bowling green, the Horse and Jockey. Often referred to as the Chorlton Fiddlers, this group of players are a friendly bunch, that prefer mostly irish tunes whenever possible. The beer is alledgedly good and pub staff very welcoming. There is a beginers session also at the Beech on alternate Tuesday evenings
