great little session in a friendly bar in belmont circle. the sessions usually attracts about 10 musicians, and it starts at 7 o'clock every monday night
right, this was the first night the session was back since i took it over. What a session.
We had, Seamus Mckeon on the fiddle, Finbarr English on the fiddle and box, Colman Connely on flute and pipes, Eddie McKeon on the banjo and guitar, Jack Boyle on Banjo and Bozouki and Tom Reilly on the Bodhran. Next week we have a rake of musicians coming up from Brighton, and more London players such as Orlaith McCauliffe, Sharon Keane, Patricia Kelly and John Twomey coming down aswellas the 6 tonight

It was a serious session. 7pm till 4am the next morning and free beer for who ever was playing. Hopefully we'll have even more next week
