The Volly

We're friendly lot, I'd think. We regularly give beginners some space if they want it. The regulars are pretty competent :-) but not perfect. Sometimes some Scottish tunes are given a going-over. And I'm sure someone slips in something Bretonic when we're not looking!

The acoustics are a bit loud - there's no carpet or upholstery.

Fair choice of real ales and ciders, for those who need to know.

Usual Crowd

The "usual crowd" is usually 2 melodians, an accordian, 3 fiddles, flute, whistle, 2 guitars and a bodhrán. Then we have the occassional piper, harpist, singer, itinerant musician (with dog) and others.
