Times: Starts promptly at 12.00 noon and finishes when it runs out of steam (usually somewhere between 3pm and 4pm). Food is available, full Sunday lunch if you like but most of us just have a sandwich as the session progresses.
The rather fanciful sounding name suggested itself during the very first of these sessions. People walking past the pub could hear the music literally through the air vent, which acted as a two way conduit for sound. Their comments were all positive ones I am glad to say.
