This long time favorite place amongst the locals in Sultan has just been completely remodeled and looks great - you are going to love the atmosphere and the unique decor. Lots of space inside and lots of space to park, and you can park right at the door so you don't have far to carry your instruments.
The menu selection is large as the other half of this place is a restaurant, so their menu offers a full selection of food, appetizers, deserts, and they operate a full bar. Friendly staff.
I play a variety of Irish instruments as do some of the other locals so you will hear a pleasant variety of sounds.
Participation welcome, but by permission only. Permission readily granted but based on approval by the host (Matt Haverly). Invitation not required - feel free to drop in and try this session out. Beginners are welcome on the condition that they are coachable. I host practice session quite often to work with locals wanting to participate who are new to Irish music. I have great resources for learning tunes including a personal collection of tunes I have transcribed, and also great links to historical and influential performances of those same tunes. I do anything I can to enable participation - email or call me if you have questions.
Continuous participation requires basically keeping the peace with the participants, the host (me), and the patrons.
For contributing members (on approved list), we offer a FREE PINT as an incentive, and often appetizers are shared amongst the group.

Dutch Cup Session no longer active
The owners are planning to try to find something more commercial for the Tuesday night slot.
