Don't believe the Session's map. The link above is much closer .... that's only a couple of buildings away rather than a couple of miles away like the Session's marker is.
I assumed the other times I'd found no players there it mustn't have been the last Wed.Finally managed to get there on the last Wed of the month. Still no players.
