Murphy's is at 48-20 Skillman Avenue, on the corner of Skillman and 49th Street. It has a red awning with neon lights in the window. If you're coming from Manhattan, take the 7 train, get off at either the "46th St / Bliss" stop or the "52nd St" stop and walk north to Skillman. Find 49th Street and you're there.
If you're at the front of the train, get off at 46th St / Bliss St. Go down the stairs, cross the platform and then take the next set of stairs to street level. This will put you on the north side of Queens Boulevard at 47th St. Cross the Boulevard, walk down 47th St for two blocks (you'll be walking down a slope) and make a right onto Skillman. Walk up two blocks, Murphy's will be on your right.
If you're at the back of the train, get off at 52nd St (only one stop further). Go down the stairs, cross the platform and then take the next flight of stairs to street level. You'll be in a little park. Walk straight through the park and you'll be at the corner of 51st and 43rd. Cross the street, walking towards the deli on the corner. Continue in that direction for ONE block (you'll pass a firehouse on your left). Make a left at the next intersection and walk for two blocks. Murphy's will be on your left.
