Established 5 years but just moved back to this its original venue after periods at The Steamer and The Wyre Lounge. Starts promptly between 8 and 8.30pm. Not suitable for beginners but small and friendly we hope. We tend to the "mature" age group although we get one or two younger players. Mixed tune and song session but more tunes. We play more jigs, hornpipes, airs etc rather than reel after reel. Not strictly but mostly Irish.
Moved to The Old Town Hall from 15/11/09 as busier place with more supportive management and more convenient for people travelling from further afield. Other details the same.
