Forgot to mention

Kicks off 9.30ish. As ever, aim to get there beforehand for a few jars and a bit of an oul' yarn!

Irish Session?

Aidan,
I was told by the virtuoso bodhran player/organiser lady that this wasn't actually an Irish session and that I was playing too many tunes!?!?

When you say "beginners" it seems to me that some of them never got round to starting!

Not an Irish Trad Session

Both this and the Duke of Edinburgh (on Friday night) are not Irish Traditional Music sessions. They are both very poor quality sing arounds whose adherents resent the playing of any sets of tunes lasting more than 20 seconds.

Is this session still going?

Let me know, thanks!
