This is a general sing-song affair, but tune players are welcome.
The night I went, there were banjo, whistle, mandolin and box players. Friendly if boisterous crowd, bar is generous with drinks for musicians
A very nice country/suburban pub in the Perth hills.
Musicians roll in "about 8" and finish "about midnight"
Transport: Bus to Kalamunda takes 45 mins from Perth Esplanade bus station, every hour. Stops outside the pub. Last bus back is 10.20pm, so you may want to pre-arrange a taxi to town or (much cheaper) Guildford station (last trains to Perth 00.30 and 01.30) if you're staying on. It was nearer to 1am by the time we got out of the pub when I visited
Are you the session orgainiser? I get to Perth with my job at times so I hope you keep the info up to date. I've had some bad experiences in Oz turning up to sessions that seem to no longer run.

No - I'm an overseas visitor. I was there in March 2007. It's headed up by a singer/guitarist called Enda.
And the Davilak in Sth Freo is definitely running (although might have been a bit sparse the weekend of the "Nash")
