Last night Martin Nyberg (leader) played great DADGAD guitar, plus three fiddles, one mandolin, and one occasional (and well-behaved) hand drum. The large audience enjoyed the tunes, as did the players. Comfortable, friendly, all-ages venue--if you're in the area, well worth a try. Next session: Sept. 20.

The managment must be pleased, because they have decided to host this session twice as often: 1st and 3rd Wednesdays. Next session is December 20, then January 3 and 17, and so on.
The session has moved to Paddy Coyne's, 815 Pacific Avenue in downtown Tacoma, for the time being. Same nights and time (1st and 3rd Wednesdays, 7 p.m.). Don't know yet if this change will be permanent.
