Monday evenings, 10-midnight, in the Folk Club part of De Barra's, which is on the main high street through Clonakilty (Co Cork), two or three hundred yards east of the big spired Catholic Church. Friendly and very enjoyable session with plenty of craic. Standard is high. A nice touch is that a visiting player is invited to to play a closing tune at midnight. An appreciative and knowledgeable audience who are there for the music - the Folk Club is separated from the pub at the front of the building by a door and has its own bar.
