Session Schudule

This is a brand new session at a cozy little pub in the Santa Cruz Mountains. The inaugural session will be on Sunday, February 5th (2006), from 4 - 6pm.

Thereafter, the session will be held on the:

"First Sunday of the Month" from roughly 4-6pm.

We may add the fourth Sunday of the month as well, if there's good turnout for the first session. I'll post any updates here...

NEW SCHEDULE & WEBSITE

We're now playing every 1st and 3rd Sundays at the White Cockade, starting at 4pm.

I've made a little web page for the session:
http://www.gregroe.com/thewhitecockade/sessions.html

The tune list shouldn't be taken all that seriously, as of yet (Feb '06). It's my first go-'round.

WHITE COCKADE HAS CLOSED

Sadly, the White Cockade closed it's doors for good (or until someone buys and reopens the pub) on Dec. 31st, 2006. Sessions are obviously canceled indefinitely.

It's a shame. This was a great Scottish-themed pub with great atmosphere and a great rural mountain location. Unfortunately its location, on a winding forest highway 4 or so miles outside of the closest town, really worked against it and business was apparently tough.

So, a big thank you to John Johnsen for the support of good music and good beer! May you go on to open another pub in a place where business is better.
