Okay, to be honest, I've not had a chance to actually hear the Session at Piper Down. The only reason I know a little about it is from word of mouth and the lady who is part of the band (I hope they call themselves a band) is an aquaintance of ours through different Scottish organizations. Her name is Caol.
She and her band have played at our summer Ceilidh (excuse any mispelling of this...it's early morning at my house) and they are AWESOME!!! They play traditional Irish/Scottish music. They start later in the evening, but are WELL worth the wait!
A word about local pubs/bars in Utah: Pretty much ALL bars/pubs in my state are Members Only. This is due; in part; to the clean indoor air act from the 1990's. PLEASE call the establishments to find out if you need a one-time permit to hang out. I am unsure about each establishment's rules.
